Yes. In most cases your personalization using text or camera ready logos is available at no additional cost. We invite your calls about custom orders. If you don't see it on the website it doesn't mean we can't craft it for you. Give us a call. We love a challenge.

How soon will I receive my products?

Standard orders are shipped within 7-10 days of placing your order. Custom orders requiring proofs will ship within 10 days of proof approval.

How will I know if my order has been processed?

Once we receive and process your order, we will send you an e-mail confirmation.

Can I order with a Purchase Order?

Yes! To order with a purchase order, please call us at 1-866-964-0866 x 2. We are not accepting purchase orders online at this time.

What is American Registry's plaque and marquee satisfaction guarantee policy?

If for any reason you're not absolutely delighted with your purchase from American Registry, return it to us within 90 days for an exchange or refund of the product price. If I choose to return an item within the 20-day guarantee window, how and when will I receive my refund?

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive your refund more quickly. The four week estimate includes the time in transit from the shipper to us (5 to 10 business days), our processing time (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Your refund will be processed in the same method as your payment (credit card or refund check)

How can I change the shipping address if it was entered incorrectly?

If the order has already shipped it can be returned to us. We will contact you if it is necessary to enter a new order.

We offer expedited service for an additional charge of 20% of your order + shipping (overnight shipping would be required). We will expedite your order and ship it to you via overnight delivery within five business days.
