How soon will I receive the products on my order?

Custom plaques are normally shipped within 3-4 weeks of placing your order. To check the status of your order you can use our Order Tracking feature.

How will I know if my order has been processed?

Once we receive and process your order, we will send you an e-mail confirmation. Thereafter, you can check the status of your order using our Order Tracking feature.

How do I change or cancel my order?

To change or cancel your order, please call our Customer Service line at 866-964-0866 and press 2 for Customer Service.

What is American Registry's plaque guarantee policy?

Take 20 days to review the quality and workmanship of your plaque and marquee with no obligation. If you are not completely satisfied with your plaque, simply call us toll-free at 1-866-964-0866 and we will arrange a return or exchange of your plaque. Please note that custom orders and crystals cannot be returned except in cases of damage or a manufacturing error.

How does American Registry calculate sales tax charges?

Sales tax is only charged to Florida residents. The sales tax charged is based on the Ship-To address, which is defined as the location where the product is ultimately received by the American Registry customer.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?

Yes. When you use your credit card to purchase products on our Web site, rest assured that your transaction information is transmitted over a secure connection. Our servers use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an advanced encryption technology that works with Netscape Navigator (versions 2.0 and above), Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 3.0 and above), and AOL (AOL 3.0 and above). What is an expedited order?

We offer expedited service for an additional charge of 20% of your order. We will expedite your order and ship it to you via overnight delivery within 5 days.

How do I order with a Purchase Order?

We welcome purchase orders. However, we are unable to process purchase orders online. To order with a purchase order, please call us at 1-866-964-0866. We'll be glad to help make your ordering process as easy as possible.

What is the difference between the basic non-customizable plaque and the premium customizable plaque?

Premium Customizable Plaques are larger (11"W x 16.5"H), heavier (6 lbs) and allow for 3 levels of customization and personalization:

  1. Each plaque includes a 2" x 4" polished laser engraved plate below the central image that can be fully personalized with the name of the entity or person (or both) that is being recognized.
  2. Customize with your favorite wood color - select from 10 choices. 
  3. Customize with 3 choices of trim color: gold, silver or black.
Basic Non-Customizable Plaques are (11 3/8"W x 8 3/16"H ) and come in one color choice (Mahogany) with no personalizable engraving plate. They are also lighter weight (4 lbs).
